Shipping Policy

At The Tipsy Bookmark, we want to get your next great read into your hands as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your books are on their way!
Free Domestic Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
International Shipping: We currently ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT) once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Status: Once your order ships, we’ll send an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Damages & Issues: If your book arrives damaged, please email us at TheTipsyBookmark@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and aim to make it right.
