Refund Requests: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at TheTipsyBookmark@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, please send a photo of the item to TheTipsyBookmark@hotmail.com. We will prioritize these cases for a replacement or a full refund.

Condition for Returns: If a return is approved, items must generally be in their original, unread condition.

Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (like a damaged or incorrect item), the customer is typically responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing: Once we have reviewed your case and (if applicable) received the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
